according to report you have tumor of important gland associated with our brain , which is very crucial for our body. it is causing compression on nerve for vision you need further workup, clinical examination as soon as possible and possibly urgent surgery...need to see patient in OPD for any final comment

Dear brother, you brain MRI says you have a big Pituitary gland in your brain which is causing you problems of eyes and hormones as well. It should be kept small in size via tablets or surgery.
Need to investigate that further.
You are advised to consult Neurosurgeon for further workup.

walikum salam...yes this Sellar suparasellar mass but you should do other investigation... pituitary profile please and than consult ...also require MRI images...
and also about patient condition...
His eye sight is normal in both eyes or not...in this case some are treated conservatively and if not than surgery is the option.
