What medication are you taking? Sometimes paracetamol itself can cause headaches. That is called analgesic withdrawal headache. Best stop all oral medication and use physical means to get over the headache like getting head massage. Local head massage can be applied by a family member. Also make sure you are getting plenty of good sleep.
