mere bhai ka accident hoa head pe chot ai he or koi khon nhi nikla .head pr right side pr thori si swelling he .but us ko abhi kuch yaad nhi k kese accident hoa 4,5 din ki koi activity bhi yaad nhi he us ko. mukmal memory loss nhi hoa .... koi mashwara dain kya kroo thanks

What does the CT scan show? You should talk to a Neurologist about it.
has he gone to emergency and had CT scan brain... if yes and scan is normal then this short term memory loss is no issue it happens with head injury...
if he didn't have scan then have it and consult some neurosurgeon
