Talk to Neuro - Brain on Migraines Problem .

Hello ; I want help please , I'm 21 years old , I'm having migraines from 5 to 6 years , I had a treatment of at least one year in 2019 in which Doc gave me topagen 10 mg for whole year . Then after treatment he gave me synflex for the time when I'm in pain . Frequency km hui pain ki almost 6 maheeny mjhy pain nhi hua .....then kbhi ho jata tha lekin severity increase hogai to I went to hospital and the gave me injection is hi trh chalta Raha , pain hota to hospital Chali jati or injection lgty kch tbly dety theek ho jata but kbhi b khtm nhi hota .....now I'm in Islamabad ( as I'm a student ) and have sever type of migraines , nausea , jaw pain along with head , eye shrinkage , blur vision sometimes , it feels like koi hammer sy nail lga rha hai mery sir main . It's really painful ....... panadol , synflex in sy frq NH parhta ..... please help me . Thanks in anticipation
