Walaikum salam. Psychiatric conditions are very common with thyroid dysfunction. The symptoms you are describing can be due to an anxiety disorder. You should consult a Psychiatrist and get this condition evaluated.
get a physical consultation please
?????? ???? Are you taking any medication for hyperthyroidism and now how much is your pulse, by your symptoms it looks you have anxiety, better to have your physical examination before starting any medication.

You should have review by endocrinologist or internest to know that you are taking adequate medication, by the way how much inderal you are taking. And your thyroid function becomes normal or not.

Okay, better to adjust the medication after having the test and take care that due to this vertigo you should not fall and have another injury.

Your symptoms are suggestive of panic attacks with a background anxiety. You need to have a consultation. We need any investigations that you have had. Especially thyroid function tests prior to starting carbimazole, routine bloods and ECG. I only consult on line as I am located in England and don’t have a clinic in Pakistan.
How are you now.
take your BP, and do a cervical spine x ray
