In my opinion you must consult a neurosurgeon or neurologist whichever is feasavlble to you as you need examination plus MRI brain at the earliest. Don't delay it.

need an urgent neurological evaluation and mri brain
This can be a serious issue. Did the weakness come on gradually or suddenly? My guess is it came on gradually. Inability to hold urine points to a spinal issue. Possibly a gradually worsening compression in your lower back. You need urgent neurological consultation followed by an MRI of your spine.
