Parkinsonism is not a simple thing to treat. Ldopa given as Sinemet has side effects and complications. The worst part of the treatment is that the effect starts to wear off. Also peak dose dyskinesia which means the patient gets abnormal movements when the effect of the dose is maximum, is a troublesome side effect. In addition end dose akinesia when the drug loses effect as the dose wears of. Then we need to give smaller and more frequent doses. If you want to consult me it would have to be with video through Marham as I am located in Britain and do not have a clinic in Pakistan.

Levodopa medication would require adjustment and some additional medications may needed to be added for the abnormal movements .
