you can take it from a good grocery stores read the label before buying it. also, avoid its maximum use. you can use it in making desserts and the portion size must be 1-2 scoops per week. or you can take that dessert after workout.
It can be used, but need to look for raw organic cacao powder. It can get expensive. I personally advice my clients to look for native superfoods rather than depending on expensive imported supplements.
Cacao powder can be added to smoothies, yogurt, homemade breads, to make hot chocolate, etc.

Again, everything has benefits and harmful effects regarding to how much consumption is being made. 1 cup a day is fine.

Black coffee is strong so it should probably not be consumed everyday with a ratio of 2 to 3 cups.

Yes pure cocoa powder is healthy to use it reduces inflammation good for health health, brain healthy. It is also good for weight gain and can keep sugar level in control (organic cocoa powder). Adding cocoa powder to milk daily can be a option beneficial for individuals with weight gain concerns!
