I want to ask about, what is "Red Meat". Is it also include, " Mutton", means " Bakary ka ghost" or no. I know that Beaf is Red meat. But I am confused about Mutton? Please guide me. Some one told me that some parts of Mutton are not Red Meat?

Mutton is read meat. For the majority of my clients I recommend limiting any type of meat consumption (including beef, mutton, and chicken) to 2-3 days per week. The more vegetarian your diet, the better.
