As'slam o alaikum I'm Ahmer jalal (Intl. Badminton Player) . I'm facing problems regarding diet plan so kindly help me to make a diet plan . I have to do excess workout in a day and i think i don't take proper diet for that . I have to do 3 sessions in a day . One in the morning that's running session, second in Noon that's training session and 3rd at night that's Gym session but to fulfil my energy requirments i don't think i take sufficent diet . Kindly help me . Thanks
