I am planning to lose some weight by dieting and exercise. My current weight is 60 kg and I am 5ft 3inch in height. I just wanna ask can I eat fruit like banana and apples in lunch instead and of normal meal? Is it helpful in weight loss I am just curious about the sugar they contain. .. Please guide
