assalam o alaikum! i want to ask that i am doing an excercise for 4 days, its for weight gaining. due to that maybe or something else i got my periods today on the 5th day early morning and it came in flow like never before and so much pain. when i was doing excercise it pains on my thighs, legs, shoulders and under the abdomen. i had pressure on my bladder side meand under the abdomen during excercise and after excercise there was kinda pain every time. so is this periods a good sign or a bad one and the last time of my periods was 30th january. kindly help plz if you ask what kind of excercise i did i can send the link above you can check and then tell me. plz https://youtu.be/JNi9VFsm6kg

you just started your exercise so u will experience body pains for few days and your periods are on about your expected date and exercise do regulate periods and the pain maybe is due to muscle cramps as your body is sore due to exercise
you should do body massage with light hands
Yes exercises cause hormonal balance to fluctuate but it is a good sign in most cases. The pains might b because 1) you are doing exercise more than you need or 2) You are not doing it properly under guidance or 3) it may be fine as you just started working out but it may be serious if it prevails more than 2 weeks
