what could be the best and the fastest way to burn body fat. I workout regularly and I probably do not eat much. I eat just like a regular person consuming paratha in the breakfast, roti during lunch and rice or roti during dinner, some snacks during the middle. I gain weight at a fast pace. I tried to diet and I don't know why it makes me angry or changes my mood. I feel weak and wild.
