For healthy chubby cheeks, first of all you need to balance a healthy diet including good fats such as Olive oil becuase it contains monounsaturated fats that help in maintaing healthy and supple skin. Olive oil will make your skin soft, prevent wrinkles and fine lines. Consume 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil daily. Also massage your cheeks with warm Olive oil for 5 to 10 minutes in an upward direction twice a day. Avoid using straws because straw causes the cheeks to sink in. Drink milk two times a day. Eat foods like nuts and seeds. Avoid smoking. Drink plenty of water everyday. Smile often as it is a way of excercising the jaw line.

*Eat lots of fresh fruits and cut off the use of junk food.
*Face yoga is also important for healthier cheeks.
