Olive oil and coconut oil and other healthy fats.

Whole grains.

Salmon, sardines, herring, mackerel, anchovies and other fatty fish.

these foods not only keep your body energetic but also it's an anti inflammatory diet..

Diet Plan |

100 gms of Daliya cooked in milk with 10 raisins

2whole eggs

1 glass of.milk

150 gms of cooked white rice

1 bowl of any lentils / pulses / legumes

1 bowl of vegetable salad

2 slices of brown bread along with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter spread and 1 banana

the plan is kept simple and is suitable for every fitness goal while following an pakistani diet.

Your shoulders may feel tight and stiff as the result of stress, tension, and overuse. Tight shoulders can be also caused by sitting for extended periods, incorrect sleeping positions, and injuries. Poor posture and improper alignment of your body can also play a part.
