Respected Sir I have made plan to run 2.5 km in 8 minutes every day because I have applied for PMA 152 to join pak army. But I do not know which food should I eat. I do not know which diet should be best for me to meet the energy requirements of my body for running every day. Kindly advice me without asking me for appointment as I am a student of F.Sc. Please. I am not trying to loose weight but i am trying to pass the physical test of Pak army in which I have to run 2.2 km in 6 minutes in order to get full marks and 2.2 km in 8 minutes in order to get 1 mark out of 3
