Asalam I alaikum I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and I don't know how to maintain my glucose level and what precautions do I need to take. General instructions for GD those you've to consider during your pregnancy:
~daily basis take 1Tsp of physilum husk with water
~prefer whole gains and cereals than refined products
~avoid all bakery and sugary food items
~do a light walk in daily Basis
~choose low glycemic index foods
~must count carbohydrates in every meal
