Is ka koi problem to nah ho ga.

2) the other niece is 2.5. She does no eat anything at all. Kuch din tw aisy hoty hn k whole she goes on milk only, and there come 2, 3 days in which she starts eating roti, but she dnt agree to eat anything, what's so ever choice she's given. What can be done improve her appetite and hunger. Her doc suggested no medicine for hunger. She's so weak that she prefers k koi usy uthai rakhy, rather then k wo khud chaly.

For elder one, I would recommend 1-2 eggs per day and 1 kabab/ meat peice (mutton/ fish/chicken). Also she is going towards obesity. For the younger one, you should take her to a peads doctor for polyps.

*Important Note*
1)Don't give your children any junk food(jellies, packaged chips, fizzy drinks, chocolates, toffees etc.) or processed food (K&N etc. Kababs, nuggets, temporas etc.). They are very bad for proper growth and development of children as they contain a number of harmful chemicals.
2) Avoid giving formula milk or other packaged milk if FRESH MILK IS BEING TOLERATED by your child because fresh milk is the BEST source of all the nutrients for a child.

In case one, childhood obesity is not good as it can cause other health concerns. Her intake should be moderate as excess can lead to obesity.
In second case, try to make food attractive for her and try that she eats when everyone around is also eating on the same table.
you can book an appointment with me for their diet plans
