23 Female I look too smalll than my age. It is now creating problem in my daily life. Pehle to bss log batien karty thay now its getting difficult in getting jobs too, as people now hire people with goodlooks and greatt personality. My height is 4'10 and face features are like jaise koi 15 16 sal ki larki ho! Im too tensed. Logo ki thinking k ye kya kam karegi? Ye kya choti si hire krli. It all had started annoying me!!! Please is there any way to grow my body. Or atleast look like a lady! Any medical way?

try to add some extra calories in your diet plan.Here are some dietary regime to help you in weight gain .don't skip your breakfast....
2 _ 1/2 cups of fruit
  3_ 1/2 cups of vegetables. 6-10 ounces of grain, 1/2 from whole grains. 4 cups of nonfat or low-fat dairy foods. 5-7 ounces of protein (meat, beans, and seafood) each day if you are not allergic to sea foods. (Fouji Porridge 1 cup,oats meal 2 dates plus any protein milkshAke) (salad daal,raita or yogur dark green leafy vegetables, lentils . agr veggies k bat kare to sb se best wo spinach peas Broccoli easily  available and its best source of f olat(folic acid)
