First of all you have to look up-to your diet, that with sedentary lifestyle what are you consuming whole day. After taking a look at your present diet, eliminate fatty foods. Avoid taking fizzy drinks, fast food, fried or oily things. With that try to bring home made food usually cooked in olive oil. Eliminate sugary food. Try to have a balanced healthy diet having bread, cereals, fruits, egg/meat, milk and vegetables/salads in your diet. Consume small healthy meals instead of having large portion meals. Have green tea after your meal. Try to do some crunches on mat in the morning if you don't have time to walk or try to do some strength training.

Start to drink green tea r reduce oils from your diet
(1) Eat high fiber food (bran, fruits, vegetables, lentils etc.) (2)Drink 10-12 glasses of water (3) Control your portion sizes (4) Use the stairs (5) Try a 2 minute stroll after every half hour
