person-avatar

Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Lahore

Aoa....I have been facing the issue of low sugar for some time....I ran fasting sugar tests twice in this past year...once it was 67 and I the recent tests done right before Ramzan it was 71. But these days I have episodes every other day where I feel weak, low, clouded vision and mind etc and everything returns to normal when I take something strongly sweet. My question is how can I solve this issue in a healthy manner??i don't want to take unhealthy sugary stuff so regularly as I try to be as health conscious as possible. P.S my mother had this same low sugar issue throughout her young/mid age
