After knowing your height, your ideal weight can be predicted. So what's your height?If your Bmi is normal, then no need to worry. For weight gain , nutrient dense diet including all food groups should be taken per day
Focus on Energy and nutrient dense foods if you are underweight. In case if your BMI is normal go for the healthy diet that includes all the food groups.

first of all check out your bmi by following formula
BMI= wt in kg / ht in meter sq
then see, how much you have to increase.
you can gain your healthy body weight by
1) increasing your protein intake
2) increasing your daily caloric intake
3) muscle building exercise with above dietary modifications
And the most important thing is that how much strong is your's commitment and goal.
first check your BMI if it normal than dont need to worry but if it underweight than you should increase your protein diet like take eggs, banana shake, meat and dates.
