â—‹ Each major meal should be balanced including wheat roti/Rice with some veggie meat salan and salad.
â—‹ Have your fruit intake 2-3 times per day

u can increase your weight in two ways;
1) if underweight is inherited issue then By increasing your muscle mass with more intake of proteins and muscle building exercises.
2) if not inherited then u can gain weight easily just by increasing your daily caloric intake.
Eat bananas, dates more on regular basis. Take minced meat and egg.
How old are you? How good is your appetite? Any symptoms of bloating sickness? Have your thyroid function checked?
