I m breastfeeding mom of 4 months old baby (normal delivery) and i m doing 1 hour workout from 2. 5 months and limited my calories but not losing weight why is it so? In addition i try to b active throughout the day

if you are taking below calories then BMR, your body will not lose fat. Reach your recommended Caloric intake with steady deficit and then see the results.Also don't skip meals.
Limiting calories isn't a healthy options during this phase of your life you need to fulfill the exact body needs of nutrition energy in order to stay healthy throughout this phase. I suggest you to please don't go for self made strategies which may end up compromising you health status badly in a long run.

It's depend on your medical condition. Don't too much limited your calories its not good for your baby heath
It's not the only solution to llimit your calories. R do workouts.. Complete your. Daily nutrients as per your body needs. Hope you get my point
