My 11 months is ebf child , with light meals , I'm facing weakness now a days and feels like my milk supply is dropping though I bf on demand.. At that time Dr suggested osnateD and fefol for 3 months , so I stopped taking that after 3 months , should I continue those or any other will you suggest
