High fiber biscuits are allowed. Yes you can eat digestive biscuits or wheatables.
But according to serving sizes. Dont over consume these
Britannia Whole Wheat Biscuits (Sugar Free +Full fiber) 1 cookie is enough.
But I would suggest you to consume more good and healthy options as a snack.
Chicken Kabab
Oats granola bars
wheat bran sandiwich(add veggies or chicken)
nuts
dry fruit (figs/dates/raisins) etc
Whole wheat biscuits
Digestice biscuits
Weetabix 1 biscuit with milkb1 cup
Or oatmeal is also healthy option
Assalam alaikum dear.. if you are choosing these thing for snacks then kindly choose best options nuts, wheat bran sandwich and
fruits

Should not be consuming biscuits on a regular basis. Avoid processed foods as much as possible.
you can take high fiber biscuit if you want but try to replace biscuit with some other snack
hey, dear 1stly try to avoid biscuits on daily basis. if you really carve for biscuits thn bake it at home by using organic and low caloric ingredients, you can easily find the recipes. however, if you left with no other option thn look for low sugar and high fibre biscuits. digestive biscuit have 3-5g of sugar/per biscuit that is not that high but still not healthier option to consider.
Biscuits are health hazard. No doubt how high there fiber content and low sugar is. Should be avoided and replaced by homemade snacks
As everyone knows Biscuits are processed items so whatever b the nutritional value try to avoid them.. Moreover if u want to have on once per month basis then can take whole wheat Biscuits.. But it's better to use home made any snack
Digestive biscuits are good comparatively others.
Depends on the diet you are following and the amount of weight you are aiming to reduce. They shouldn't be a part of your daily routine but eating them once in a while without exceeding your daily calorie count is fine.
