Britannia Whole Wheat Biscuits (Sugar Free +Full fiber) 1 cookie is enough.
But I would suggest you to consume more good and healthy options as a snack.
Chicken Kabab
Oats granola bars
wheat bran sandiwich(add veggies or chicken)
nuts
dry fruit (figs/dates/raisins) etc

hey, dear 1stly try to avoid biscuits on daily basis. if you really carve for biscuits thn bake it at home by using organic and low caloric ingredients, you can easily find the recipes. however, if you left with no other option thn look for low sugar and high fibre biscuits. digestive biscuit have 3-5g of sugar/per biscuit that is not that high but still not healthier option to consider.

Depends on the diet you are following and the amount of weight you are aiming to reduce. They shouldn't be a part of your daily routine but eating them once in a while without exceeding your daily calorie count is fine.
