Kindly do not do any experiments on the baby. It is better if you do not incorporate 2 food items like fish and yoghurt together into babies diet. It is quite possible that the baby might not well tolerate it and can cause indigestion. It is better if you give Fish at one time and yoghurt after some time as a second meal. You can make fruit and yoghurt purée instead.

my son is already taking roti، mutton، bone marrows, chicken and qeema all mashed in yoghurt. he is tolerating all things. just asking about the myth that fish and dairy gives patches. Is it okay with Dahi and Fish, he already eats boiled fish. But Dahi is his favorite and likes all thing mashed in yoghurt. I have not given fish with Dahi so I asked here.

That’s great actually! But my advice would still be the same. Avoid fish and any dairy combination. It might turn bad for some. Also, I want to add, almost every dairy product has calcium in it and when dairy product combined with any product that has iron in it eg chicken/meat etc the calcium hinders the absorption of iron to some extent.

I would suggest you to give these two items separately to the baby because 1 year old baby might not well accept the combination introduce these foods separate first to him

Give fish one time and yogurt at other time. Combination of both is different for baby to digest it or it may disturb the baby stomach. For more detail book appointment with me.
