Talk to Dietitian/Nutritionist on Periods Problem

Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Karachi

I was diagnosed with PCOS before my marriage and used to get my periods approximately every two months, with a gap of around 60 days. I got married in December 2024, and my last period was on December 30th. Since then, I have not had my period for two months. After consulting a doctor, I took a 5-day course of Primolut-N, but even after eight days of completing the medication, my period has not started.

I am feeling stressed and worried. Could you please guide me on the possible reasons? Is there a chance that I might be pregnant, or could there be another underlying issue? I am sexually active during the five days I take Primolut-N and also afterward.

Personal details: Age: 31 Height: 5'3" Weight: 61 kg Married for: 2 months

Firstly since you are sexually active it is advisable to have a pregnancy test to rule this out. Of u have done this and unfortunately its not the case then their might be hormonal balance or nutritional deficiencies and other lifestyle factors. Feel free to contact me in order to deeply understand the root cause i can guide you on dietary strategies and lifestyle changes that support hormonal balance and your health.
