PCOS diet is like a diabetic diet because you have to lower your carbs intake. Eat protein foods such as beans, hummus, nuts, peanut butter, tofu, eggs, fish, chicken, meat, and vegetarian meat substitutes, and fats such as olive oil, nuts, and avocado are important parts of a PCOS–friendly eating plan. Make portion control ur habit. Do not eat late at night. Drink green tea after dinner. Eat lots of fruits & vegetables in the form of a salad daily. Walk/any physical activity atleast 30 min daily. Because it increases insulin production which is very important. Avoid refined & processed foods especially processed meat items as much as you can. Prefer healthy food alternatives.

PCOS may be linked to possible estrogen dominance. There are many factors that can contribute to this such as: commercial meat, fruits and vegetables (sprayed with pesticides), constipation, imbalanced liver, increased use of shampoos/deodorants/creams, as well as lifestyle factors such as reduced exercise. I would recommend using more organic products. Also, include apples, oatmeal, and ground flax in your diet. PCOS can be rebalanced with diet and lifestyle modification.
