Asking for Self, Male, 25 years old, Lahore
My body muscle's are so skinny which is ambarrsing for me. I also join fitness excersie centre and struggle 4months under experienced instructor but all vain my body is still in skinny shape. Please suggest me what to do.

4 months is not enough time to grow muscles
Plz do exercise with weights for two years and follow following points
1. You must use as heavy weight as possible but such weight with which you can exercise at least 3 sets of 8 repetition each
2. Take meat daily 200 gms
3. Take Dahi daily 1/2 kilo
4. Fresh fruits and vegetable
5. You must love yourself as you are and as Allah has made you: never feel embarrass on any thing given by Allah: Be always grateful to Allah and to his creation
