I have been taking supplements like OSTEOCARE, THERGRA ULTRA and BIOTIN, I am on low carb diet and skipping wheat and roti completely. now I want to know I heard from someone you can't take dairy products while taking OSTEOCARE(vitamin D supplements ). as it affects your kidney. Now I want to know about this myth?
Aoa,
It is a myth!
If you take a supplement that also contains Vitamin D, it will help your body absorb calcium more efficiently, but note not to take more than 500mg at a time. If your doctor has proscribed you 2 tablets per day, take 1 in the morning and another at night. I will have to Consult you to confirm if you have any unusual symptoms or side effects due to this supplement. Book your Consultation through Marham.
first of all dont take any supplements wothout doctors recommendation, and any supplements shouldnt be taken more then 3 months, within three months we can take dairy products with calcium supplements, but after that we should have tests and if we are deficit of calcium then have it, otherwise overdose can occur.

Osteocare Chewable provides the same levels of calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and zinc which contribute to the maintenance of normal bone health. Getting enough calcium is especially important for men and women over 50, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and during and after the menopause.
A strict low-carbohydrate diet had no effect on bone loss for adults
Best Diet to Beat Vitamin D deficiency or bones problem
The safest strategy is eating a diet that's low in salt and rich in fresh and minimally processed whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Include enough calcium and vitamin D from foods, and supplements if necessary, and be sure to limit caffeine and carbonated drinks.
A Simple Menu meal plan
Breakfast
8 oz. orange juice fortified with calcium and vitamin D
1 cup whole-grain cereal fortified with vitamin D
4 oz. skim milk
Lunch
2.5 oz. extra-lean ground beef on a whole-grain bun (may add 1 slice nonfat American cheese, 1 lettuce leaf, and 2 red tomato slices)
green salad with 1 hard-boiled egg and 2 tbsp. low-calorie dressing
8 oz. skim milk
Snack
1 orange
Dinner
2.5 oz. chicken breast
1/2 cup broccoli
3/4 cup rice
2 slices French bread with 1 tsp. margarine
1 cup strawberries with 2 tbsp. lite whipped topping
wheat bran contain high levels of phytates, which can hinder calcium absorption, but 100 percent wheat bran is the only food that seems to reduce the absorption of calcium in other foods eaten at the same time.
thank you
