Hello, in diabetes the nerves controlling certain processes in the body including sweat regulation can become affected. They can send a wrong signal triggering the release of more sweat than necessary. I would suggest taking 1 tablet of neurobion per day to help with this condition. However check with your doctor too. Also you can add some pink (Himalayan) salt and lemon to your water and have that during and post workout to help replenish the body with electrolytes. Also have you tested your blood sugar level immediately post exercise? Hope this helps

Thats so normal. as per your climate its too humidity in air which cause sweating other than that you felt any heart rate issue that could be alarming. As a nutritionist, suggest you to keep your water intake increase more than normal days and Increase high fiber food. For proper diet plan and guidance book your appointment.

Increased sweating in diabetes is very common, its nothing to worry about. You need to keep your water intake and hydration status in check.
Diabetes has a honeymoon phase initially which keeps your blood sugar in check for the first year, but in order to recover you need a good diet plan and counselling sessions.
