Hello, in diabetes the nerves controlling certain processes in the body including sweat regulation can become affected. They can send a wrong signal triggering the release of more sweat than necessary. I would suggest taking 1 tablet of neurobion per day to help with this condition. However check with your doctor too. Also you can add some pink (Himalayan) salt and lemon to your water and have that during and post workout to help replenish the body with electrolytes. Also have you tested your blood sugar level immediately post exercise? Hope this helps
