Don't drink before meals it can fill up your stomach. Eat 5-6 meals a day. Try different weight gainer smoothies. Add milk 2-3 times in a day. Add nuts too. Try red meat as grilled or bake or in gravy form and add protein supplements too

Take more proteins in nuts, lamb and beef. Start strength training as it will build your muscles and increase your apatite. Eat as healthy as you can and stay away from processed and junk food even if it increases weight it’s detrimental for health.
Your current diet intake can help me access where the problem lies.

It’s best to get an appointment scheduled, a detailed health and dietary history along with nutritional assessment is required to see how to best help you.

There is never a one size fits all solution to weight issues, and we all have to accept the natural tendencies of our bodies. First thing is to make a plan. Start by scheduling all your meal and snack times. Eat something healthy, even if it is a few bites. Then focus on adding calorie dense healthy foods to your meals/and snacks. Exercise regularly.
