My height is 4’9, weight is 39 kg. I have tried everything like ensure and healthy eating with short intervals but can’t gain weight. What could be the reason and solution for this? No medical history. No other problem.

Yes my parents are skinny but they are not underweighted. My brothers are good in height and weight. This problem is with me only

For gaining weight the best thing is high protein natural diet. For that doesn't mean junk food or protein shake but more organic and healthy eating habits are very important. Eating every 2 and half hour a small snack is very effective. for more guided plan make an appointment.
