aoa to u hope u fine.this question made me so much depressed bcoz i m searching for it from very long.i need your immediate help.its benn 6 months i joined gym.i wanna build muscle.my height is 5 10 or 5 11 in between. and weight 64 or 65.i dont know what to do. i wil b thkful to u for your help.
You must not be taking proper diet for muscle building. kindly mention your daily diet with pre and post workout diet.
Hey, it’s very important to get proper nutrition and diet along with gym, and if you do muscle training than I’d suggest you to take extra protein and extra calories as you’re also underweight. Eggs, Eggnog, mutton, beef, fish, cottage cheese, hummus, nuts, oatmeal, try adding these to your diet. Hope this will help you.

It's a myth to eat lot of protein to gain weight or muscles
Important thing is add branch chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Best source for these are whey and soy proteins. Change quality not quantity. and best thing get your personalized diet plan.
