this is not proper information. don't trust on myths.
book an appointment to know what is right
Aslam o Alikum.
Good hair growth is a sign of good health. There's no need to cut down her hair as it will not help her to gain muscles and even after cutting down, her hair will grow at the same rate again. Her weight is normal according to her age but if you still want her to gain some weight then please book an appointment here

no need to cut her hair.i you want that she gain some weight then book your appointment thank you
please book appointment for physical examination and relevant diet plan.
No. Its a myth.. Some are born skinny.
If her intake is fine and she is active then nothing to worry about. But yes a review is required to assess whether her intake is healthy and adequate and she is fulfilling her dietary requirements or not.
Your daughter's age
kindly book an appointment for an effective nutritional consult.
thank u!
Its just a myth. Long hair has nothing to do with body weight. If she is active then there is nothing to worry about. Increase dairy products for healthy body weight.
Who has diagnosed her as weak?
If she is active, able to keep up with school, homework, chores, and interacting with her environment in an age appropriate manner then do not worry. Dont compare your child to others. Each of us is unique and different.
Just make sure her diet is healthy and well-balanced, she is getting adequate sun exposure, and adequate sleep.

no it's just q myth. hair has nothing to do with it
If she is skinny and weak that properly because of her diet she used to consume or her genetics.
Don't worry long hairs do not weakens the body and affect bones growth. bones growth failure is just due to lack of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, vit.D and Vit.C in the diet. And if you worry about the weakness of your daughter then you must add beans, dry nuts and healthy fat and sources of proteins your daughter like. For more details contact us.

No, long hair will not stunt your growth. Essentially, your hair grows because it is alive at the root but beyond that, your hair is actually dead tissue made of a keratin protein, that takes minimal nutrients, etc... to grow.
Even if you cut your hair, it will still be receiving the same amount of nutrients to grow it.
In addition to this, approximately 60 to 80 percent of the difference in height between individuals is influenced by genetic factors, whereas 20 to 40 percent can be associated with environmental effects, mainly nutrition.
no it doesnt effects bones but hair need a wholesome of nutrients to grow and stay beautiful that indirectly effects the body if the nutrition of ur child is improper so you should let her hairs cutted down .
Protein rich foods must be included in her diet .For diet plan book an Appointment
