Add more of protein in your diet. Bothfrom animal (in form of qeema, shami kebab) and plant sources. Add a bowl of mix beans salad(red beans, white beans, chickpeas) routinely in your diet. Consume more of homemade yogurt. Have 5 dates daily. Have more of whole wheat flour roti, barley porridge (jau ka daliya) in diet. Practice some muscle building exercises like chin ups, crunches(take help from you tube). Set up meal times and work on making your sleep pattern better.

1- Take 4-5 Dates daily in the Early Morning before Breakfast,
2- Take 1 Egg daily in any form
3- Drink one glass of milk two times a day
4- Take tea 30 minutes after the meal not before meal or just after meal.
