Sometimes being under weight may cause the following health issues and the most common one on youngsters/teenagers are lacks an adequate supply of essential nutrients including vital vitamins and minerals. It prevents the development of muscle mass and makes your body underweight.
Here are some simple foods items that can help you gain and maintain your body weight .. try to include
Milk,Rice,Potato,Cereal, Dry fruits, Eggs,Nuts, peanut butter, Dark chocolate, Cheese.
Your proper weight gain diet should be a combination of lots of carbs, proteins, and healthy fats. include cereals, rice, bread, pulses, nuts, olive oil, dry fruits, banana, avocado, veggies, a healthy portion of red meat, full-fat dairy, etc.
Also include Lean meat, chicken breast (skinless), fish (tuna), egg, dairy (milk, yogurt), legumes, sprouted beans, pulses, nuts, seeds, etc. can help you build muscle mass.

2. Take calorie n nutrient dense foods...esi recipes Hun jn me total calorie zysdhs ho rhi. E.g. You can have a nut and fruit smoothie with a sandwich in ur snack time.
3. For lunch do add yogurt in ur diet.

You can gain weight easily by following these simple steps:
1- Take 4-5 Dates daily in the Early Morning before Breakfast,
2- Take 1 Egg daily in any form
3- Drink one glass of milk two times a day
4- Take tea 30 minutes after the meal not before meal or just after meal.
5- After 2 hours breakfast take one glass of Fresh Fruit juice or any 2 seasonal fruits daily.
6-Take salad with your lunch and eat only 1 chapatti at a time in any meal. 7-In the evening take Raisins (Kishmish) or 1 Glass Banana shake
