Hello Sir, My problem is that my weight is 113 kgs after my pregnancy.Now baby is 6 months old and i started treadmil for 50 mints in morning and 30 mints in evening and burn 700 calories along with 1200 calories diet plan and in one month lose 3 kgs now my weight is 110.35/111.I am very depress that how can i lose my weight.my height is 5feet 5 inches and my ideal weight is 74 kgs.during my both pregnencies i had a problem of water retention in my legs but no protein in ny urine every thing was fine.i just wants to lose my weight with healthy way.i need your advise.
