My weight is 47 Kg. I don't feel like hungry, if any day I don't intake food still it's feel like ok to me. Usually I'm taking one meal day, but I want to gain weight and muscles. detailed history is required to understand why you have decreased appetite, how is ur sleep , do u have any addiction and since how much time you are facing this issue, also i want to know your height, because weight is related to height also, i also want to know either you are active and doing all your work properly or facing any medical issue

i think you lever is not working properly your metabolic function is slow try herbal ginger mint and fennel seed tea regular two time in a day it will reduce constipation and will increase you appetite and metabolic rate
