hello! I am asking f0r someone,, she was doing dieting and lost 10 kg weight, her weight was 90,, 80 weight karney k bad aik dm se weight dobara 84 ho gaya,, dieting krney k bawjood b.. she has a severe constipation.. please suggest some tests and also tell about the weight gain,, and how can she reduce her weight again? she is unmarried and height is 5'7".

actually maintenaning weight is more important than weight loss.
People lose weight by following strict diet but soon as they come back to normal diet they gain weight.
Tell her to do exercise regularly for atleast 45mins. Increase intake of water and fiber to relieve constipation.
Avoid salty foods.

No lab test yet.. At morning 2 glasses of lukewarm water, one with Ispaghol and table spoon of olive oil in it for constipation.. After 2, 3 hrz in breatfast, 1 cup of tea without sugar amd cream with boiled egg, for lunch half plate of salad, evening snack tea with 2 rusks and In dinner one chapati with normal curry or vegetables..

she may be suffering from thyroid problem so get it done before consultantation and she may need other hormonal tests if needed (menstrual problem and excessive hair on body )after consultation keeping in mind her weight gain after history and examination.

firstly she has to tell the way of dieting she went through. now her main
problem is constipation she should use 1tbsp overnight soaked chia seeds in
early morning in water and soaked resins( sogi) in afternoon firstly she
will get rid of constipation further diet plan needs some more details to
be asked from patient.

She is doing walk daily at least for one hour and most of the time she did more than 3 hrz with diet but all in vain.. Weight bht slowly reduce hota hai and km ho k usi speed se barh b jata hai..

Water intake b acha hai and she is vegetarian.. Leafy Vegetables ziada use krti hain.
