AoA I am 39 years old and I want an easy diet plan to lose my weight... cuz it's quite difficult to manage your diet plan as being a house wife and having alot of duties and burden... actually I have four children and my little child is 8 years old....my main aim is to lose fat actually wait from my arms and as well as my tummy where I have gain alot of fat after the four years of birth of my little child who is now 8 years. before four years I was quite smart but now after four years I have gain weight that's now 68 kg.actually I cannot go to the clinic to have a diet plan from a nutritionist bcz of some problems so that's why I have consulted with you online so I want a complete diet plan that I could manage!! plz I want your quick reply that would help me without going to clinics...I just want an online help from you plz don't disappoint me!!!
add 2 egg white daily, eat more vegetables and one chapatti per day. eat 10-12 Tbsp rice per day. eat whole fruit per day. avoid fried item, junk foods, fast foods, carbonated drinks, milkshakes, fees fruit juices, bakery items and overeating. drink 10-12 glass of water daily. Add 30-40 min brisk walk daily. focus on your portion size and food quality. prefer small frequent meals per day. divide your whole food in 5 meals per day.
