If ur weight is growing fast, u should immediately change your dietary habits, stop added sugar, instead u can use Stevia, stop all forms of items that are made up of white flour that is Maida. Take whole grains, egg, meat fruits, veges, legumes, milk etc. Start using mustard oil in cooking. Do ot use hydrogenated vegetable oils

Yes, walk is actually recommended at this stage. Don't over exert yourself or try any other exercise right now but walking daily and including whole grain fibers in your diet is a great idea.
