U are at ur border line about General health status.. But try not to loose more.. Add dates and banana shake in your daily routine plus boil potatoes and more protein with atleast 20 25 mins exercise for muscle mass.. For more details book an appointment..

Hello. Yes ur Bmi is still normal but very much narrow. 18.5 upto 24.9 will be consider normal. but you need proper diet counseling.
