Asking for Self, Female, 34 years old, Karachi
I'm looking for a nutritionist, i have 6 months old baby, im a breastfeeding mother with very good more then enough flow of milk at the time of birth i was 53 kgs, now in 6 months im 45 kgs. I'm loosing weight gradually that's why im petty slow in my daily routine feeling sleepy,tired and down all the time. My body and face is getting worse at by day, i want my health back with chubby face... I'm thinking to take vitamax women by nutrifactor or weightone by biovita please advise me the best one from both of them.. on the other hand if not from these then which supplements i have to take for gaining weight??? Please help
