Assalam o alikum. I have so many medical issues like back pain, neck pain osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, hypothyroid, stomach problem and migraine etc.. now my weight is 57 aur height is 162 cm.. according to BMI is normal but I have fat deposits like double chin, arm wings, hips, lower belly , and thighs.. I want to reduce this.. I can't do too much exercise because of health issue..Dr don't allow me for exercises.. i walk and light exercises in daily routine and my diet is not much.. like I'm taking breakfast in the morning ( brown bread with tea)some time I took boil egg or fry egg with bread and then I ate half roti at night 8o clock. I'm taking water 7-8 glasses in a day. I'm taking tea without sugar and no use any sweetener.. very rare chance I took any sweet in little amount. no cold drink no juice any thing.. if I used qawa or use in daily routine egg then I faced pimple on my face.. any one suggest how to reduce my weight and fat.. thank you
