I'm on fasting and eat only 2 times a day without or with fast, also I only eat regular Khana like one roti and less oily salan or if rice with raita and vinegar onion and alot of water with yoga in early morning before sehri time

also I eat at 4:30am sehri and 6-7pm at aftari this is the Ramzan routine I follow

Dieting doesnot mean that you have to avoid all the food items, customized plans provide you with needed carbs, fats, proteins . Also if your these two meals fulfill your appetite or macros or your strength has improved then you can continue but your options are much similar to crash dieting routine and I am not fond of it.
