Intermittent fast from 12 to 8 breakfast me barley porrdige or 2 egg white boiled with after breakfast one cup green tea. Lunch half roti with any salan or salad then i go for walk at 5pm and gym at 6 i have my lunch at 7:30 half roti with any salan or salad at 10 pm i have a one cup of lemon grass. I also drink honey lemon water before breakfast. 4 litres water a day
