Which bread is better for weight loss bran or high Fibre?
Bread only cannot induce weight loss plus energy and serving is same for both which one is more advantageous is a better question. Bran that we discard while wheat processing lacks in our food. That is very advantageous.
Go for bran bread. If diet is well planned than bran bread would be helpful.

In breakfast if we take a cup of tea with digestive biscuit or brown sugar in lunch whatsoever made at home with bran bread 1 slice and same at night or sometimes grilled Tikka or any sandwhich which have 2 breads?
try to use bran bread and whole wheat chapati it is more healthier

Go for Mulitigrain bread , it's more nutritious & high fiber content too as compared to simple bran bread which contains less micronutrients.
Brown bread or multi-grain bread is better. Avoid bran because its a scratchy fiber so it has long-term negative effects on health.

It is better to get wheat from Stone mill that use stones to crush wheat into flour. Use that roti that will be rich in Bran. Often China mills are being used that strain bran out of that flour. Use simple whole wheat flour roti instead of bread.
