Yes I am university student. I try to take stairs instead of lift. I do 30-40 mins workout daily.

The ideal body weight for you is 125lbs. 30-40min walk/exercise is not enough. One needs to do workout of at least 90min per day to get a noticeable change in weight. Try to do the maximum of it in the morning i.e. on an empty stomach before having your breakfast. Secondly, totally eliminate fat and sugar from your diet for at least a month or so.
